The DVD player comes complete with all necessary leads (e.g. SCART lead) and delivery, so you can plug it into a TV and play Good Attitude (or any other DVDs).

Ordering Good Attitude

1. Please download the Good Attitude order form (Word format) and fill this out
2. Then post the completed form (including your organisation´s purchase order number) to:

3. You will be sent the Good Attitude DVD(s), the printed Facilitator´s Guide & Self-Study Guide(s), along with an invoice

5. In the unlikely event that you are not totally happy with Good Attitude, you can return it within 28 days, without being charged

Terms and Conditions – these apply to all orders

These are the licence terms upon which we will supply to you each of the Learning Packages offered on the Good Attitude Order Form.

Our Agreement

The Order Form and these terms together form our agreement, once we have accepted your order by sending you our invoice.

Copyright

All the materials within each Learning Package are protected by copyright and we are granting you a licence to use these. The Learning Package itself will belong to your organisation. But under the licence, you may not make duplicate copies of the DVD-Video under any circumstances. We also set out below the ways in which you are licensed to use the Learning Package and the ways in which it may not be used.

Status of Advice

The advice and information provided as part of the Good Attitude Training Programme is intended to be by way of indicative guidance only. Users will need to apply it to their own individual circumstances. For that reason, we cannot accept responsibility or liability for the advice or information, or the manner in which it is applied in each organisation.

Evaluation Packages

A Learning Package may have been sent to you for the purpose of evaluating it for possible purchase. In that case, those involved in the evaluation may view all the materials strictly for that purpose only. The rest of the licence does not apply until we have an agreement with you as set out at the top of this page.

Payment Terms

Following receipt and acceptance of your Order Form, we will invoice you. We require payment within 30 days (maximum) of the date of the invoice.

Licence to your Organisation

The Learning Package is licensed to and only for use within your own Organisation. This is as specified by you on the Good Attitude Order Form and then accepted by us in the form of an invoice addressed to you. This may be an NHS Trust, Primary Care Trust or another organisation. It may not be supplied by you to anyone else, even freely, by loan or upon non-profit terms.

The licence is non-exclusive and all rights not licensed to you here are reserved to us.

Permitted Educational Use

The Learning Package may be used for the education and training of your own staff. These may be employees or officers or people contracted to work exclusively or mainly for your Organisation. It may not be used for any commercial purpose, such as when a charge is made directly or indirectly for viewing. Nor can it be used for any external purpose, for example as part of a course offered by your Organisation or by a third party.

Distribution and Copying

The materials in the Learning Package may be lent within your Organisation for individual use or they may be used for a group session or seminar. For this purpose, the printed support material and material downloaded from our web site (but not the DVD-Video) may be copied and distributed as long as this is within your Organisation, and so long as it is for the permitted educational use set out above. The DVD-Video must not be copied. We will of course be glad to quote for further copies upon reasonable terms.

Audiovisual Use

The DVD-Video may be screened within your Organisation in a single office, auditorium or conference room. But it may not be viewed in more than one place either within your Organisation or externally by showing or playing it in public, broadcasting it or by making it available by any Internet transmission.

Adaptations

Neither the printed support materials, nor the DVD-Video may be edited, supplemented, amended, combined with other material or adapted in any way.

Terms Used

The terms used in this licence have the meanings given to them in the UK´s Copyright, Designs & Patents Act 1988.
